It is undoubtedly South America's favourite confection with a caramel-like consistency and shade. But unlike caramel, dulce de leche is slowly heated, and at much lower temps.
Apart from being handmade, our twist uses coconut which gives it more a textural finish. It will be hard to open the fridge and resist eating a spoonful every time.
Enjoy it on ice cream, on crackers, spread it on top of cakes or just straight out of the jar!
