A homage to the fertile soil in Orange, NSW. Our red apples are sourced directly from the producers in the central west. As well as the incredible local saffron, which is form Ross and Ellen Higgins from Millthorpe saffron company. We keep it light and delicious without having to add any refined cane sugar. Only Organic brown rice malt syrup at a ratio of only 25% and 75% fresh local apples.
Enjoy it on pancakes, on toast or even with cakes and scones. Great with roast meat too!
This is a healthier alternative than traditional jams. HOWEVER, apples contain natural sugars which makes it unsuitable for people with diabetes. Please check sugar levels and consume in moderation.
