Cacao nibs are small pieces of crushed cacao beans — or cocoa beans — that have a bitter, chocolatey flavor.
They’re produced from beans derived from the Theobroma cacao tree, also known as the cocoa tree. Cocoa beans are dried after harvesting, then fermented and cracked to produce small, dark bits — or cacao nibs.
Why are ours different?
Once roasted, our nibs are covered in high quality and delicious Colombian fino de aroma chocolate, which gives it an extra textural layer that we're quite confident your palette will appreciate.
How to eat?
Delicious as a snack, they can also be sprinkled over cereal bowls, porridge, yogurt and used as garnish for cakes, bakes or homemade raw slices and bliss balls for a bit of crunch in every bite.
