About the Market
It is now one of the top farmer’s and Produce markets in Sydney. 1000’s flock to buy the freshest produce much of which is picked the day before and driven in straight from farms all over NSW. It’s not all about the amazing fresh produce but there is plenty more to buy including local honey, local and imported speciality cheeses, fish, meat, olive oils, bread, plants and flowers… the list goes on and on… During the week small kitchens beaver away producing anything from Nougat, chocolate and kombucha. But there’s more… Homewares, fashion, jewellery, kids stuff, collectables and when you are worn out from shopping stop for a foot rub or massage!
Now you’ll be feeling hungry so grab a coffee and peruse the aray of food available to eat now. There’s something to everyone from egg and bacon rolls to healthy and vegan offerings. Is it a kids friendly market? Yes it is there is plenty of entertainment to help wear them out… there’s usually a Jumping castle but also you may find a baby animal farm, face painting and pony rides.
You can bring your dog with you but not in the market area… no problem though because we have a ‘Dog Parking Area’ where there is water and limited shade available. Usually our dog treat girl will keep an eye on the dogs (but it is not a dog sitting service and dogs should only be left for a short while).
