Description

Giving the classic pavlova a South American twist with dulce de leche, salted mixed nuts,  Aussie mangoes, and vanilla sponge cake soaked in the classic tres leches (Three Milks: Cream, milk, and a touch of condensed milk). Topped with a velvet vanilla creme, and a crown of crunchy pavlova on top. A textural masterpiece! 

Allergen Information: Contains gluten, dairy, nuts including traces of peanuts. Made in a kitchen that also handles soy and sesame products.
