Understated on the outside, exceptionally intricate on the inside. This magnificent black forest cake has layers upon layers of carefully prepared ingredients that together play a beautiful symphony in your mouth.

Crunchy chocolate base, chocolate biscuit, spiced sour cherry compote, chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse. Morello cherries in liqueur and vanilla Chantilly.

Whatever the occasion, this cake is ready to fulfil your guests wildest dreams.

Ingredients
