Description

A beautiful and rustic classic with Esti's twist. This carrot cake is handmade using organic NSW  stoneground flour, brown sugar, free range eggs (traditional), Phily cheese frosting(traditional) or coconut cream "cheese" frosting(Vegan) , freshly ground spices and finished with delicious pieces of candied carrot. 

 

Walnuts added and processed in a kitchen that also handles gluten, soy, all nuts and sesame. 

VEGAN-FRIENDLY and TRADITIONAL options available.
