This beautifully decorated cake is a celebration of spring (all year round).

A lemon drizzle cake with vanilla syrup, cream cheese frosting, berry jam, fresh berries, edible flowers and kumquats*

*Availability dependant on seasonality, can be replaced for other citrus like mandarins.

 

Ingredients
