Our absolute best seller and a classic pairing that is hard to beat.
A moist vanilla sponge cake soaked in 3 milks (Milk, cream, and a touch of condensed milk), a layer of dulce de leche, vanilla chantilly and a crunchy chocolate base. South Americans' favourite dessert and the most popular for a reason.
Note: These are different presentations adapted for the number of people requested. Square cake is for approximately 18 to 25 people, round cake feeds 6 to 16.
I can certainly make cakes for up to 40-50 people only upon reques. Feel free to reach out through email.

As soon as we receive your order we will email you to arrange delivery.
We require a minimum of 2 days to prepare and deliver all our cakes as they are carefully made to order.
We can deliver your cake to your home in Sydney metro areas. Alternatively, you can pick up from a convenient location in Waterloo from 9am to 6pm 7 days a week.
