Our absolute best seller and a classic pairing that is hard to beat.

A moist vanilla sponge cake soaked in 3 'milks' (Milk, cream, and a touch of condensed milk), a layer of dulce de leche, vanilla chantilly and a crunchy chocolate base. South Americans' favourite dessert and the most popular for a reason.

Note: These are different presentations adapted for the number of people requested. The Square cake is for approximately 18 to 24 people, round cake feeds 6 to 16.

I can only make cakes for up to 40-50 people upon request. Feel free to reach out for larger sizes. 

Ingredients

Contains dairy, gluten, sugar. Made in a kitchen that uses soy products, sesame and other allergens. Want your cake made with a gluten free flour? Contact us, we will be happy to make it for you.

Order and delivery information

As soon as we receive your order we will email you to arrange delivery.

We require a minimum of 2 days to prepare and deliver all our cakes as they are carefully made to order.
